Front door hard to open with key
Mark was quick to contact me and gave me the option of fixing my lock now or on a day that suited me . Mark arrived within 20 minutes and was finished in no time.
I was very pleased with his friendly, professional disposition. The cost was a nice surprise, far less than the same job 2 years ago and better quality material. Mark gave me sound advice on use of the door lock and actual door. I would highly recommend Mark. I will use Marks excellent service again.

Cylinder lock won't turn fully. Repair or replace
Mark provided a fair quote & guided me through some troubleshooting steps to diagnose the problem. Turned up the next morning & completed the replacement in under an hour. Great service.

How much to change the lock on 2 doors?
I'm very happy with Mark's work, my locks were changed and spare keys given, he made sure to explain everything and I got to try new keys in doors before he left. Communication was excellent and time/day arrangements for doing job. I would definitely have Mark do any further jobs and would recommend him 100%.

Changing lock on main front door
We had a brief conversation over the phone and arranged a time for him to come by to replace a lock. He was on time, replaced the lock quickly and realigned it to the door frame. I would definitely recommend him.

Mark was great. Arrived on time (early I think!) and carried out the job in a professional manner. Managed to fix the existing lock saving my Landlord some money! Explained to me throughout the job what he was doing - he definitely knows his stuff.
Paid via card straight after the job with a wireless card machine - very efficient! Will be using Mark again!

Lock works only when key in the door
Mark was excellent! He turned up at the time he said, was polite and friendly, and did an excellent job of replacing the lock on my front door. Price very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Mark was great. Came out promptly to look at the job and was able to sort it then and there. He completed the job quickly, and at the original price quoted despite some reservations it might be more difficult than originally thought. I'd happily hire him again and recommend him to others.

Unable to Unlock Wooden Garage Door
